ICE MILK


I took in the clipboard machine for ice cream, and thus began the season of ice. The first one went a delicious and simple ice cream, which last year was spotted here. Ice cream have almost the consistency of the foam and are soft - you can (and should) be eaten right out of the freezer. Super easy and quick to prepare, great taste - like most such legislation.

ICE MILK

Ingredients (for about 600 ml of ice-cream):

1 can unsweetened condensed milk
120 g caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or vanilla or sugar)

Execution:

24 h before the preparation of ice cream). After this time, remove the milk from the fridge, pour the contents into the dish, beat the dense mass using a blender (butt whipping protein), 30 - 40 seconds, depending on the mixer. Add the sugar, add extract and mix for a while. The contents pour into ice cream machine and proceed according to its instructions.

Ice can also be prepared without the ice cream machine. Pour the blended mixture into a container and place in freezer. Ice-cream during the freezing process, pull out a few times (eg hourly intervals) and repeat the mixing operation. Thanks to crash the ice crystals formed and the resulting ice creams are more creamy. Freeze. Enjoy!

Modifications:
cocoa cream - 1 heaping tablespoon of cocoa mix with a little cold water to a paste. Then add a little water, Cocoa in order to create smooth texture. Add to ice cream when you add sugar and blend.
ice fruit - at the very end, add 100 g of fruit puree and blend (in the case of bananas, it is better to use brown sugar).
