Brent Everett Power Ranger

Best cake, which a few years ago I found in "My Cooking" and since then I bake regularly. It can be done with or without the bacon - a vegetarian version is excellent. Moreover, the same cake is very tasty - thin and crispy - and you can also use it as the bottom of the pizza. This time I added a still for stuffing 2 chopped pickled peppers and a few slices of pepperoni, jalapeno, because I wanted to stuffing a crisper and sprinkle sunflower seeds whole - came out superbly.

Ingredients (for 2 people for lunch or a snack 4):

1 ½ cups flour 2 grams of yeast


tsp sugar 15 dag
smoked bacon 1 large leek 2 onions

tablespoon oil

Performance:

Yeast rub with sugar, add about 1 / 3 of the prepared warm water. Allow to stand for several minutes, until yeast "will commence." Sift the flour into a bowl, sprinkle a large pinch of salt, add yeast and rest of the water, knead the smooth dough. Ball of dough covered with a cloth and leave to double in volume (about ½ - 1 h). During this time, cut the bacon in cubes or thin strips, fry. Add the chopped leeks and onions chopped półplasterki in feathers, fry, peppering salt, nutmeg and chili, cool. Roll out the dough, if desired podsypując flour and put on greased cookie sheet (I smear with oil.) Spread filling over the batter. Bake in preheated oven to 200 º C. Serve hot. Enjoy!
