Red Bump In The Back Of Throat

with caramelized soup Broccoli cheese and chocolate biscotti


Really delicious soup, if you like cheese flavors - my husband, unfortunately, does not belong to this category, so if you cook something, he must have another alternative lunch (cheese and broccoli combination of classical, so the total recommendable. You can eat it alone or give the rod. Very filling. Recipe found here , with slightly altered proportions.

cheese-Broccoli Soup

Ingredients:

a broccoli florets broken into small
about 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 large onion
, cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon Vegeta no MSG (I added ground dried vegetable puree) 2 cups milk

1 liter of skim broth Salt and pepper


Performance:

Heat butter in a thick bottom saucepan over medium heat and fry the onions on it. Add flour and heat for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stirring constantly, slowly add milk and hot broth. Add seasonings to taste and grated cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Add broccoli and cook over low heat until softened. Enjoy!
