VEGETARIAN
Another loved by our position with the Mexican cuisine. For me it is best food in the world, but in general I have been crazy about dishes with tortilla . Quesadilla guests with us quite often, because we both love her husband and daughter eats the same cake (weird culinary habits are my child of my constant worries ;-)
quesadilla VEGETARIAN
SÅ‚adniki (for two people):
1-2 onions 1 large red bell pepper 1 can
red beans (you can also give you half and half with corn beans) 1 clove garlic
½ teaspoon ground cumin (cumin Roman)
½ teaspoon oregano ½
chopped chillies or chilli powder pepper
1-2 tablespoons olive oil salt to taste
4 large flour tortillas
yellow cheese grated on a grater with coarse mesh (as much as we like, but enough much glued to pancakes)
(tomato flakes - optional)
To serve:
salad (eg lettuce, tomato, avocado) with a vinaigrette dressing garlic
Execution:
onions finely. Chop garlic. Red bell pepper strip of core and cut into slices. Heat oil in a frying pan, add onion and stir fry for about 1 minute. Add red pepper and chilli and fry for a few minutes, until pepper is tender, stirring frequently. Add garlic, cumin, oregano, chilli powder, salt and tomato petals. Add chopped red pepper. Fry for a while. Remove from heat.
Place on a plate one more tortilla. Spread evenly on one half of the stuffing, sprinkle half the grated cheese. On top lay a second tortilla. Preheat a large frying pan, then reduce heat to a minimum. Slide the dish into the frying pan and fry the quesadilla until the underside is slightly browned. Slide back onto the platter, cover with a second large bowl, turn over the vigorous movement of "upside down" and re-translate into the pan to brown the other side. Ready to slide onto a plate, can be cut into quarters (if dinner dish, I'm on top I teach just salad and garlic sauce topping everything.) In the same way to prepare the second quesadillas with remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
